Data processing notice

This website has been set up by Asthma + Lung UK  to support research into Long COVID and signpost people living with the symptoms of Long COVID to appropriate resources and healthcare. The full Asthma + Lung UK  Privacy Notice can be found at  Our privacy policy.

This website invites you to complete a survey which generates a Report about your symptoms. Overall results are made fully anonymous and then collated to help healthcare professionals understand and study the condition. No survey content or record of your symptoms is stored by the website.

The Report generated will contain a record of your symptoms, together with recommendations for your next steps. It can either be downloaded directly from the website or, if you prefer, emailed to an email address you give us. If you chose to have the report sent by email then we need your email address to deliver the service, this is the only personal data we request from people completing the survey. The email address will be de-linked from your Report and stored for a period not exceeding thirty days before being securely destroyed.

The personal data submitted to this website will not be used for marketing or fundraising purposes or shared with any third party.

This website uses cookies, full details can be found on the Cookies Policy
